When were these skills implemented? I must have been sleeping during the time. All I know is that I unlocked em somehow and really enjoy them.

Heres the description it offers:
Cost: Ability to form and properly type complete sentences that make sense.
Recharge time: With oathshot, who cares.
Attribute: Strength
Execute a devastating attack on target noob. If that player spams or runs away when the battle is almost lost, that noob suffers health degeneration of 1-6, begins bleeding for 30-60 seconds, and is crippled. If you are under the influence of teh1337, your movement rate is increased by 25-50%, and your attacks deal 25-50 holy damage.

After it mentioned "teh1337", I checked my skills and lo and behold, there it was. Heres the pic and a description.

Cost: A noob sacrifice every 30 seconds.
Recharge time: Spam your heart out.
Attribute: Tactics
Execute a powerful shout that turns players heads and interrupts each players current action. If a player is a noob, you gain +1-+4 to every attribute, and your adrenaline skills recharge twice as fast. You gain +1-10 health regeneration, but experience energy degeneration of 5-1.

Any ideas?

Well, you have to first find gwen in the underworld, and give her her tapestry shread. Then you have to beat thunderhead keep solo, get reinfused, which will make your armor glow and grant you the ability to fly, and also solo markis. After all this is done, you will hear a ping, followed by your screen shaking uncontrollably. You may also experience gas and a mild heart attack. After this, your map will display and warp you to glints lair. Hope you brought a skill capture, because after you solo and beat glint, the skill await you.

Well I can solo glint, solo markis, and been to all 5 seers for infusion on the same character. I'm off to solo Thunderhead and get some guildes for a UW clearing run (Bring 8 solo UW builds into UW on a team and it's great fun, at least with the build that my guildes and I use).

To get teh1337, begin from bloodstone fen, and start flying southwestish towards maguuma stade. After you get about halfway, kill 3 trolls in 1 minute, and fly towards your guild hall. After about halfway, moby dick rises up from the water and draws you into a fight. Solo him under the influence of dwarven ale. Bring a skill cap for this too. After this, gwen seeks revenge and you have to solo her before she says "I think I'll follow you." If done correctly, you will cap the second skill. If done incorrectly, your account will be permanently banned.

This seems pretty easy, I mean I already soloed glint with 10 ales in me and they were consumed within a 30 second period.

Heavy drinker in real life as well? Gotta be bad for your characters liver.

I'm 16 and only like white wine and champange although I don't mind a few different reds. And I don't think that an average of a glass a week makes me a heavy drinker.
